Who are Springboard’s creators?

Springboard was created by Julian Webb and Kim Houghton, two of Australia’s best known small business specialists.

Julian founded and then managed Australia’s most successful small business incubator over 15 years.  More information on Julian is available at www.creedaprojects.com.au. Julian and Kim have worked with small, micro and home based businesses throughout Australia since the mid-1990s. This has included research, leading to publications such as Back Yarders and Front Runners[1], as well as helping growth oriented businesses and developing, and creating and improving the Springboard Business Development Program.

Our area of focus of the least six years, as experienced small business practitioners, has been a determination to find new ways of engaging home-based, micro and small businesses in growth activities.
