CREEDA
Projects Pty Ltd and Strategic Economic Solutions Pty Ltd are
looking for partners throughout Australia to market and conduct the
Springboard Program on licence.
The
program is proven and documented with:
•
Facilitator training
•
Facilitator manual
•

•
Basic marketing materials.
The
program is an opportunity for business development organisations
and suitable individuals to make money either by grafting it on to
other activities they undertake or by simply focusing on the
program alone.
Our
business model is based on modest licence and materials charges,
enabling partners to keep the bulk of the revenue from
participants.
Our
role is to help partners conduct the program and to train and
accredit partners and facilitators.
We have
a number of other similar products that partners may wish to
deliver as well:
•
Planets Team building program.
•
Small Town Renewal Program
•
Leadership program, based on personal development.
Business
Opportunity for Partners
The
program has been designed to be of value to participants and so
partners can generate revenue and profit. How much money partners
make from the program depends on their own capabilities and
management arrangements.
Participants generally
pay $550 (GST inclusive). Partners are free to charge less than
this amount, so long as the subsidy provided to participants is
recognised and conveyed to participants. If partners wish to charge
more, or integrate the program into other activities and charging
regimes, then our approval is required. For instance, a partner may
wish to charge a larger amount for the Springboard Program followed
by formal mentoring or coaching.
Copies
of the Springboard workbook are provided to partners at $165 (GST
inclusive) each. All that is payable to us is the licence fee
($1,100), annually renewable, one-off payment for training
facilitators, and the workbook cost.
The
profit be made by partners depends in part on what is outsourced or
what is done in house. In our experience other costs that may be
applicable, depending on partners’ individual circumstances,
are:
Becoming
a partner
We
provide a range of materials and support for partners
including:
- Background material on
the program, including an Introduction to the Program and a
PowerPoint presentation for use by partners
- Copies
of program evaluations
- Partner and
Facilitator training, manual and accreditation
- A one
day training program, with half a day for the partners and half a
day for potential facilitators. Following the training we can help
assess and select appropriate facilitators from the ‘pool’ who have
been trained.
- We
endeavour to organise partner and facilitator training on a
regional basis in locations where numbers of people can attend
without undue cost. Where there are not many people in a region
training will be organised in Canberra or people can attend
training in other regions.
- We
accredit facilitators and provide each with a facilitator
manual.
- The
cost of the partner and facilitator training session is $1,100 per
facilitator to be accredited.
- 300
Brochures for the program. The cost of these is covered by the
licence fee and additional copies can be purchased on
request.
- Branded pens and
magnets for use by participants and partners
- Application form
templates
- Guidelines for
selecting participants
- Participant workbook
and reading materials
- The
workbook includes information on the program, space for participant
note taking, stimulus materials, a summary action sheet and program
evaluation form. The action sheet can then provide a basis for
follow up coaching, mentoring or training provided or organised by
the partner
- Each
participant will be required to purchase a workbook as part of
their participation fee.
- Personal support for
partners and facilitators
- We
will provide phone and email support to partners in relation to
marketing of the program, selecting facilitators, selecting
participants and forming groups, managing groups, program
evaluation and other aspects of running successful programs. The
cost of this is covered by partner establishment and annual renewal
fees and participant licence fees.
- In the
past we have used the program to secure government funding to
conduct the program, thereby reducing what participants have to pay
and or boosting revenue from the program. We can provide to our
partners examples and templates for funding applications, on
request and by special arrangement. The program may be suitable for
Local Government funding, Small Business Enterprise Culture Program
funding from AusIndustry and Regional Partnerships funding from the
Department of Transport and Regional Services. The program
has been endorsed by the Minister for Small Business and Tourism as
suitable for an application for funding under SBECP or Small
Business Answers.
